Ebay Feedback of the Third Reich

You thought they were merely genocidal madmen, but the real truth is far more shocking.  Brace yourself as Toad a La Mode's history department unveils the scandalous internet retailing behavior of Hitler's henchmen in this unprecedented expose.

New research has revealed that Nazi Reichmarschall Herman Goering frequently received negative feedback for items he auctioned on Ebay.  The evidence:

Feedback for seller Hermann Goering (Ebay username "Bigdaddyace"  ):

tealady23  :  "Service not great.  My 3 sets of 'Precious Moments' cups and saucers arrived badly chipped.  Seller said not his fault and suggested I may never have bought the items in the first place."

artguy  :  "The purported 14th century Carravaggio altar triptych I purchased was painted on velvet.  Moreover, it turned out to be the legal property of an elderly Jewish couple in Palm Springs."

like2buy  :  "Requirement to pay in Argentine currency burdensome."

wendellc  :  "Shipping charges excessive."

Computerwiz71  :  "Merchandise considerably smaller than shown in photo . . . also, two-thirds of it controlled by Soviet Union."

oldcodger  :  "Did not respond promptly to email queries."

But Goering's nefarious schemes extended beyond shoddy customer service and poorly-packaged merchandise.  Evidence suggests that someone, possibly an associate or collaborator of Goering's, posted  "revisionist" feedback to Ebay in a pathetic attempt to boost Goering's feedback rating.  Suspect postings include:

speeroneimports  :  "GREAT TRANSACTION!!!  Super-nice guy and definitely would buy from again."

speeroneimports  :  ***"WONDERFUL EBAY EXPERIENCE!***  Frighteningly efficient service, obviously a member of a superior race!!!"

Further investigation is clearly warranted.  Our researchers are currently in the process of bringing this information to the attention of the FBI, the FTC, and Mossad.  In the meantime, we invite you to review the evidence and draw your own conclusions.  And remember, caveat emptor!
